Me Lon Togo’s next chapter in Freeport is about more than just reopening a restaurant—it’s about building a home where food, music, and community come together. Chef Jordan Benissan first welcomed friends and neighbors around his own kitchen table to share the warmth and flavors of his West African heritage. Now, he’s inviting you to help bring that same spirit to downtown Freeport.

To open our doors, we face several key funding needs—including a required $92,000 sprinkler and fire safety system. With some support, we’ll be able to open with a limited (but still incredible) menu and begin welcoming the community. But to fully bring our vision to life—with a complete kitchen buildout, an expanded West African menu, and the full experience we’ve been dreaming of—we need your help to reach the full goal.
